Married for over 20 years, Allison Seymour and Marc Clarke are a DMV broadcasting power couple. While Allison has been a fixture in the DC television market, waking up Washingtonians with her infectious smile, Marc’s work has taken him all over the East coast from DC, to New York, to Baltimore. Allison and Marc led our Grocery 101 tours and host a weekday radio show on IHeartMedia.

Jillian Griffith is one of Giant’s 11 in-store nutritionists who works to improve the wellness of our communities by teaching customers how to fill their carts with nourishing food while also providing strategies on how to find the diet that works best for you. Based in the Giant location on 1535 Alabama Ave SE, she is a public health professional at heart who enjoys partnering with other health-focused organizations to improve health outcomes in the Ward 8 community.

Jillian Carter is the founder or local DC fitness studio, Sidebarre, which is a high intensity, low impact full body workout perfectly suited for exercise at home. No dance experience is required, and their workouts take the fundamentals of ballet are used them to build and tone in all of the right places, sculpting your body best.

Emma Cowan-Young & Maria Randazzo -- November Project DC

November Project DC hosts free workouts that seek to be challenging, yet inclusive for people of all ages, fitness abilities, and athletic backgrounds. Each week, NPDC leaders Emma and Maria take a combination of cardio and bodyweight exercises to scenic outdoor venues across DC welcoming a safe, socially distanced crowd to participate. Each workout is free, outdoors, and participants are required to wear a mask. Join them for Mural Mondays and #FITDC Fridays. All you have to do is follow them on social media and show up.
